I like this article! ;)
…Simon Doonan, creative director of Barneys New York department store and the author of Eccentric Glamour, a guide to “creating an insanely more fabulous you”. According to Doonan, “every trend has a sell-by date, and the fake tan thing definitely expired this year. What once looked healthy and lush now looks cheesy and has baaad connotations”. Such as? “Well, I...
People I want to be for a day →
From one of my favorite sites, the Secret Society of List Addicts. Inspired me to make my own list of who I’d like to be for a day:
Ashley Olsen. Chased by paparazzi, glamorous career, more money than God, that closet! But ONLY one day, and then that’d be enough.
A Yogini in an ashram in India. It would be cool to feel that devoted to something. Plus, I loved Eat Pray Love.

Weekend goals...
Excited to be settling in for a very relaxing weekend. Completely done house-sitting (no more waking up at the crack of dawn to walk/feed five…er, four animals) and planning (loosely) on the following:
Finalizing wedding shower details.
Making jewelry using supplies from etsy.
Continuing the never-ending search for white satin wedding shoes. Ick.
Dining at City Beverage (yes, again- we...

Can Blogging Make You Happier? →
“Can blogging help you feel more connected with others and, in turn, increase your own sense of well-being and happiness? Apparently so, at least amongst college students. And even if the results don’t generalize quite so strongly to others, the data indicate a trend that suggests there continues to be benefits of journaling — whether public or private. Public journaling — blogging —...

Re: How’s it going?
Well, it’s going fine. Here are some updates:
You’ll be happy to know your Gladys Kravitz neighbor is keeping a close eye on the house. Like peeping-tom close.
I think someone is stealing your newspaper.
Your fridge reeked to high heaven and was full of rotting food, so I’ve taken the liberty of cleaning it out. You’re welcome. Maybe next time...
